Beau Laughlin

Beau is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He was awarded a M.S. degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University. Before coming to Hawaii, Beau developed the Autism Spectrum Disorder Treatment Program at Laurel Heights Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Beau believes in empowering students and staff to grow together making Horizons Academy a leader in the field of Special Education.

Rebecca DiGiacomo

Rebecca holds a Master's Degree in Childhood and Special Education and is a licensed Special Education Teacher. Prior to joining Horizons Academy, Rebecca was the site director for the YMCA's School Aged Children Program in New York State. Rebecca utilizes curriculum and teaching strategies to ensure that her students' individual needs are met and educational experience maximized.
